About this product
Strengthen and tone your entire body with this 25-piece Opti Dumbbell and Barbell Set. With 2 bar lengths and a spinlock system, easily adjust the weights from 0 to 35kg in an instant. It's a full-on, full work out, at-home, gym. Ideal for both beginners and experts.
The dumbbells are perfect to perform a range of exercises including hammer and bicep curls and tricep extensions to work on your upper arms and lateral, side and rear raises with shoulder presses to build stronger shoulders. Target your legs by adding weight to lunges or squats to increase your strength and enhance your balance.
To achieve a stronger chest, use the barbell to add a chest press to your workout and include an upright and bent over row to increase the muscle mass in your back. Barbells can also be used to perform bicep curls and a shoulder press to target your upper body and add a bit of variation to your workout. Bar material: Steel.

i bought this to increase the amounts of weights i had as i already had the opti 50kg set. not sure why but the the small weights in this set are now 1.5kg rather than 1.25kg in my older 50kg set so no longer multiples of 1.25kg not really an issue. also the bars are slightly different as the weights stay on the longer bar now rather than undo. but in all a decent set of extra weights. bought during a promotion

There is no difference with the bar on the Opti Vinyl Dumbbell and Barbell Set - 35KG or 50KG set. The only difference being the weights that can be added.

There are 3 different weight plates, see below:
1.5kg plate – diameter 18cm
2.5kg plate – diameter 20.5cm
5kg plate – diameter 25.5cm

This would be achieved with 2x 5kg plate and 4x 2.5kg plate.

Putting all the ACTUAL weight and length details here for future customers, but to answer your question first,
The 2x dumbbell bars are each about 0.75kg, 46cm long.
The main bar bell is total 1.5kg by itself, 165cm.
The weights actually total 34kg
2x 5kg
6x 2.5kg
6x 1.5kg
...plus the handles...
2x 0.75kg
1x 1.5kg ...total 3kg
So total package weight is 37kg.
