Good for cigarette smoke smells.
I bought this for using in my flat near the front door as neighbour's cigarette and cannabis smoke is very strong and can sometimes smell it in my flat. This works really for the smell. I put it on its highedt setting for a few minutes and then gradually lower the setting. Very good.

Great value for quiet and effective air filter
I bought this air purifier to help clean the air of cat fur and smells while a friend with a pet allergy was visiting. I love how quiet and sleek looking this model is, although it is bigger than I expected. I alternate use in the bedroom and livingroom. In the bedroom the air is noticeably better. The living room is bigger and homes the litter box and car food, so there's more work to be done in there. It definitely helps, but it's less noticeable than the bedroom. Overall, I think this is a great value for the results it gives. My only critique is that the wifi connection seems to go in and out, so it's not as easy to check the air quality as I'd like.

Love it! Great for Hayfever.
This has been a life saver especially regarding pollen helping Hayfever. I’ve positioned it in my lounge yet when I’m upstairs in the bathroom spraying deodorant it comes on. It’s very powerful yet really quiet. I can’t even hear it when it’s on automatic.

Helps to control my cough when at home
I bought this AP as I had developed a cough which only occurred at home and mainly in the evenings. I live in a tiny home and the cough was worse after cooking. The AP goes on mainly in the evening and is set on Auto. As soon as I start cooking, it goes into overdrive cleaning the air and as a result, I cough very little now just confirming to me, that the cough is due to my environment and is not a virus. It is completely silent unless it goes into overdrive then it goes back to silent once it's completed it's cleaning cycle.

Night Mode is a feature on some Blueair Blue 3250i Air Purifiers that reduces the fan speed and dims the LED lights to minimize disturbance during nighttime use. This mode is designed to ensure good air quality with minimal noise. To activate or deactivate Night Mode, connect your air purifier to the Blueair app and adjust the settings accordingly.

This does not cool the air, it is designed only to purify it.

You can put it on auto or just run it now and again try it every 3 hours if the light is always blue you dont need it on
