Good for those who work from home.

Excellent help when working from home. I spend more time on my laptop when I'm at home than in the office. This screen has reduced my eye strain and dull headaches. It makes the colours sharper and words stand out better. Only downside is it picks up smudges easily.

Good quality product

Well packaged and effective anti-glare screen, worked as expected. Well packaged product with two methods of application. It could be mounted on screen or applied with adhesive. Clear instructions provided.

It works well to reduce glare

The filter came with clear instructions and took less than 5 minutes to put onto the laptop screen. It was fairly easy to do. I do feel like it made a difference but at the same time was subtle enough not to distract me whilst using the laptop. I would recommend to reduce glare and to keep the brightness without it being too much. Feels like it will last also.

Does the job

A bit of a faff but does the job! I was a bit overwhelmed by the different components to stick the screen on but when I finally worked it out it was good, stops the glare and is effective in what it’s supposed to do. There’s a choice to have it either permanently attached or to slide on. It doesn’t cover all my screen but covers most of it, ideally I needed 13inch but that size isn’t available.

Screen protector.

I ordered the wrong size, i noticed a few other people mentioned this. So, new buyers measure correctly! So i used it on my daughters laptop. I found it a bit fiddly to fit on, but fitted with no bubbles. Comes with clear instructions. I have definitely noticed reduced glare, which really helps the eyes after staring at the screen for long periods of time. I haven’t noticed if its helping with blue light. 2 sides to choose from, matt or gloss. Comes with a cleaning cloth, so thats handy for before installation and after to clean the screen. You can see the filter on the laptop, but in my opinion it doesn't affect the visibility of the work you are doing/gaming/film watching. I believe it can be taken off and reused. I will order the correct size for my laptop! I would definitely recommend this product.

Anti-Glare and Blue Light Reduction Filter for 12

When I choose the item, I was unsure of the screen size, so measured my screen with a tape measure, horizontally, not to be done as it measured 2 inches shorter that what I required. I should have researched further and got the laptop spec, or measured diagonally, it will save you a trip back to exchange. The products works in reducing the glare from the screen with text and video in apps such as YouTube, Gmail, so yes, it does it job. Beware if you cover the webcam, it results in a hazed visual of yourself, environment, not a professional look you want to portray if visual is part of your business, or you just like being seen. The mic seem to work clearly and voice quality not impacted I have a touchscreen laptop and with the anti glare screen I am unable to activate any app or move my screen with my fingers, this would impact how I work so would not be an option of choice.

Fit for purpose

Really does do the job it claims to. Definitely a good product which serves the purpose it is designed for. Fits perfectly on the screen as expected. Easy to apply. Decent quality too. I would recommend.

Good anti-glare and blue light reduction filter !

I got a Kesington Anti-Glare and Blue Light Reduction Filter for 12'5" Laptop. I have a Surface Pro for this size. The packaging was excellent and made sure that the screen is not damaged. Pretty easy to attach (fix) to the screen with a cleaning cloth and double sided tape included along with handy instruction manual (though I didnt use it). I tested my Surface Pro pen and finger touch all worked great after sticking it, and yes it did help me reduce the glare, as I have a window behind me and glar has been a concern. However, the size of the screen does not cover my Surface Pro 100% in terms of height, which is a challenge and defeats the purpose. It is around 1 cm smaller in height - so a downer. Have stuck it from the Windows Taskbar onwards :), but would have loved it to cover 100%. Other than this - the product works as advertised and good thing is that it comes with 2 year warranty.

Does the job

Does what it’s supposed to do. Really like the fact that there are 2 options for attachment so you can have it permanently on the screen or removable. Handy when more than one person is using the laptop and / or not always required. Instructions supplied. Easy and convenient.

Easy solution to stop glare

An easy solution to stop glare and save my eyes while on the laptop! Fidly to fit bur does a great job. 2 options of either sticking on the screen or adding tabs and sliding on. I did first option and was fiddly to stick down to begin with!
