Tapo C200 features Infrared Night Vision with a range of 40 ft / 12 m (approximately 40 feet or 12 meters). This is the distance at which the camera can effectively capture video in night vision mode using its 850 nm IR LED lighting.
For daytime filming, the effective distance will depend on various factors including:
• The camera's Field of View: 88.3° (Diagonal), 75.2° (Horizontal), 40.8° (Vertical)
• The 1080p maximum resolution
• Lighting conditions and environmental factors

I can advise, the camera supports continuous 24/7 recording when a microSD card (up to 512GB) is installed. This feature can be enabled in the Tapo app under the recording settings. Cloud storage and event-based recording are also available, but for uninterrupted footage, local storage via microSD is recommended.
