I've used this phone for 1.5 years now and it's been a good phone. The battery life though I only get 5hr of sot now instead of 8. Other than that no problems.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Device is a replacement for my previous S25. Love the original and this is same model. Just a slight concern re the charging port (reason for changing original) and only time will tell if this one stays the distance!! Good graphics and chic design otherwise 👌

Not sure yet on quality of phone, battery seems to run out quickly especially over night when not in use, also wifi turns off when out and about but as soon as i'm home i have to manually put the wifi back on

Upgraded from a S21 which gave good service but battery life was now questionable so far the battery life seems OK on the S25, appreciate the smoothness of part exchanging the old phone with Samsung, love the compact size of the s25 plus the display is really sharp, copying over all my apps was relatively pain free except having to input all the passwords as I'm used to using biometrics but understand the need for security reasons, overall really pleased with my upgrade

Wishing I'd never bothered
Absolutely shockingly bad service. 2nd phone I've had. 1st had to be sent back due to "technical issues". Fine. Only problem, no one communicated and I was threatened with debt collectors for a phone that I'd sent back, but no one had marked as received. Now on my 2nd phone. Had it for a few weeks now. Still not connected to the network - another "technical issue" no doubt - and I am still awaiting a replacement sim card which should have been sent out to try and resolve the issue. Absolutely poor service from a company you'd expect so much better from. Wishing I'd never bothered.

From the information we have available, I can advise the Samsung Galaxy S25 5G does not have a traditional headphone socket. Instead, it relies on Bluetooth for wireless audio and USB-C for wired connections.
You can use USB-C headphones or a USB-C to 3.5mm adapter if you prefer wired audio.
