Great carry on luggage.
I needed to buy a certain size carry on for our flight to Cyprus. We found this bag at Argos which has been far better than we expected. It has 2 security locking features , the wheels are sturdy and move freely and the carrying capacity is excellent. I would highly recommend.

Yes it does. Samsonite do include the wheels within the measurement and they measure the height of an item from the bottom of the wheels to the top of the carry handle. So, the size of the item, Height 55cm, Width 40cm, Depth 20cm, would include the wheels.
