I am a little disappointed with this as it doesn't give me the results I'd hoped for. Having back pain issues, I thought I could just push it into the ground with my foot, and pull the weeds up without leaning over. Sadly, I still have to bend over and pick up the plug of soil that comes up with the weed, then break the soil off the weed by hand, and then put the soil back in the rather wide hole that was created by the device.

Didn't do what it says. I tried it once and ended up with big hopes in the grass, half of the weeds I tried to get out with this thing didn't come out and I had to bend down to pull them out myself. Have asked for a refund but noone has come to take it away. It is no use to me at all.

this is one of the best things i have bought for the garden for a long time, it is such a simple answer for them pesky weeds, and it has done a lot for my back not having to bend or kneel down.

It’s good for smaller weeds but not the big dandelions with roots like parsnips. Would recommend for smaller dandelions only.

I bought this tool from Argos and it does exactly what it claims to do. It’s a very well made tool and does an excellent job of getting out the roots when used to pull out weeds.

Pleased with purchase. Does the job well for the most part and feels sturdy. Where it falls down is with larger weeds such as thistles as it is not adjustable. It sometimes needs two or three attempts to get a whole thistle out.
