The product is superb it’s a shames it was let down by the delivery crew,rude would be an understatement obnoxious would more apparent, it’s a shame as the washing machine was delivered by a different crew and they were superb

Can you love an appliance?
I was VERY reluctant and sad to buy this machine … our previous dryer finally dried its last after 40+ years of service and I’m very sad. However on the plus side, I can now upgrade my tumble drying to the 21st century and take advantage of a MASSIVE drum capacity and wifi connectivity. All the functions are great, we seem to use “auto” most. Love that you can choose how dry you want it to be, delay the end time and that the app gives energy usage stats. I’ve not noticed that it’s particularly noisy as some other reviews have mentioned. Really happy with it and I hope it lasts (though I don’t expect it’ll last as long as our last!)

Great Tumble Dryer
I only purchased the dryer a couple of weeks ago, but so far it seems to be very good! A vast improvement on my very ancient basic dryer. It has a very large capacity and dries very well

Disappointing tumble dryer
Had the tumble dryer for a short time. I bought it to replace an aging condenser dryer. It is not a particularly quiet machine. When turned on, it does not remember the last setting, instead it defaults to ECO which takes ages to dry clothes, much longer than my previous machine. My preferred setting does, however, eventually get the job done. It is also annoying that certain settings are only available via the app which I initially installed to have a look, but then removed.

Very quiet and efficient
Bought this as needed a new heat pump air dryer. So much quieter and more efficient drying. The old bush dryer often needed 2 or 3 runs to dry things properly where this dries first time.

I can advise that the Hisense DH5S102BW tumble dryer does not need to be attached to a waste water pipe to function, as it collects condensed water in a built-in water tank.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Hisense DH5S102BW 10KG Heat Pump Tumble Dryer - White: ''There is no need for professional installation, but when you install, you need to adjust the feet (bottom of machine) to make sure the whole machine is stable. Then check whether you need to connect a drain pipe. If not, or there is no drain pipe, the machine comes with a drain box.''
