Great machine
Really pleased with our tumble dryer, has great features and love that I get a notification from the app when it’s finished. Comes with a rack for drying shoes or stuffed animals which is great. Fairly low noise too and looks super sleek! Some bulkier items are taking a long time to dry but we are still trialling which settings we need to use for what.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am impressed with the technology this offers ,the wifi is a great addition to be be able to set it how you want it and to see how long is left as well as the energy usage .the internal drum light is a nice touch 👌 also what I like is it comes with a pipe for draining waste which went straight into where the drain is for the washing machine it was a tight fit ,techthis could be a smaller bore pipe for this reason .but it does mean I never have to empty the tank which is great oh and no complaints it drys clothes, it may take longer than my old dryer which was the vented outside type but this was very expensive to run so I'm looking forward to saving pounds rather than pence ,yes its a good very good machine

Quiet and looks stylish

Drying couldn’t be easier.
Absolutely love our new tumble dryer. It is very quiet compared to my other one i had. Love how it looks. I also love the different drying methods you can use. Very clever bit of equipment. I seen a few comments about the drying time but for me it does dry quicker than what my other one did. Will definitely be buying the washing machine to match.

I bought this dryer several weeks ago it has a large capacity it even has a drying rack which is detachable which is great for trainers as they don’t bang round the drum. It was easy to install the dryer it’s self is very well made it looks nice it has a dark door which mean you don’t see everything while it’s drying it has an internal light which is handy to make sure you don’t leave anything behind. It’s quite and so far it drys our clothes well in less time than our old dryer did it’s freshness you can smell your wash powder the timing is so precise I haven’t used the connectivity between my phone and dryer yet but I’m sure it will be useful so it’s a big 10/10

All good so far. Its heavy - so need 2 people to move it - one side has a removeable water holder, so gives a holding point , none on the other side - so hard to lift up. fustrating point is trying to register the guarantee - the website does not work - so have to phone up and they just want to sell insurance and your details to marketing companies.

Glad I bought this one
Wonderful dryer, I needed one that did not require a vent and with a large drum and this fits the bill, dries quickly and is so quiet which is great as it is about six feet from my workspace at home. There is also no humidity and damp in the room from the dryer when in use, which I was worried about but everything is dry as a bone.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Hisense DH5S102BW 10KG Heat Pump Tumble Dryer - White: ''There is no need for professional installation, but when you install, you need to adjust the feet (bottom of machine) to make sure the whole machine is stable. Then check whether you need to connect a drain pipe. If not, or there is no drain pipe, the machine comes with a drain box.''
