Great toaster
Great toaster. It has plastic sides it does not get hot. Toasts evenly and by the right amount. The ability to lift the toasted item out without having to stick a fork into it is also helpful.

Disappointing
This toaster looks attractive but there are two drawbacks and I am still not sure whether to buy a different toaster to replace it. It is now difficult to find the older style of 4 slice toasters which allow you to toast a baguette cut in half. This one can’t toast tall slices and sometimes it burns the bread or doesn’t toast it sufficiently. But the Which report rated it a best buy.

I bought this thinking Bosch was a good .name What a mistake can't fit a regular slice of bread have to cut the crust off hard to get the right temperature either half does or burns

Clever bun warmer
As with all toasters if you only toast one slice it gets burnt on one side due to the double heat source! Otherwise it's a toaster but has a clever bun warmer on the top.
