I bought this toaster approx 2 weeks ago, the Smeg toaster started tripping the electric! My wife loves it and says it's one of the best toasters she has had. It is very controllable for ideal browning.

Everything you need from a toaster,
I chose this particular toaster because it was a Bosch. I have had their products for years, and as yet have never had a problem.. The toaster is very neat, and it does the job beautifully.

Poor features
Toaster performed poorly on browning. Browing better on one side than the other. On/off button inconveniently positioned , having to reach round hot toaster to switch off. Not mentioned by "Which" . Only bought because of matching kettle.

Ive just bought this toaster, crumpets jam in it, the riser only comes halfway , have ruined four up to now, have to turn power off and use a knife to get them out. Leaves a right mess in there, am returning it.
