Dreadful !

This is British made…. So it was advertised as such. That’s why I bought it. ( and the fact that it was one of the only companies that would ship to Northern Ireland). I’ve never had such a badly made product delivered to my home ever. We had to modify at least three pieces to fit the way it should. We actually had to put a couple of the structures back together. You need a microscope to read the instructions, and even that, some of the instructions are unclear and are wrong ! I had to contact the company re some of the instructions in the booklet, and the reply was unhelpful). Not only that, it arrived 3/4 weeks later than it should have. I paid £350 for a tongue and groove structure that I had to add additional support, as the original structure is made of such thin wood, you’d think it came from a bargain store. What was the point in complaining when it was evident they don’t take pride in their trade. Argos, and other big companies like B&Q are now outsourcing to the 'marketplace' without checking the standard of quality in their third party partners. Argos, who I normally would trust, on this occasion, have been taken for a ride !
