Controls are not the best
The oven was installed a couple of weeks ago and I have only used it once. It seemed to pre-heat ok and successfully cooked the food. The oddest feature is that the oven won't work without the timer being actioned. So even when setting the temperature to preheat you have to set the timer and then when the temperature is reached you have to wind the mechanical timer back and set the cooking time you actually want. Also because the controls are quite small knots, it is impossible to be precise with the time or temperature.

For the oven to work, you must set the timer to the Manual ON position. This allows the oven to operate continuously until you switch it off yourself.
If you want the oven to turn off automatically, then you need to set a cooking time on the timer instead.
If you set a cooking time, the oven will automatically switch off when the countdown reaches zero.

The timer dial can be turned anticlockwise to a fixed ON position or clockwise to use as a countdown timer which will be ON for the set time and switch OFF when it gets to 0.
