Front panel over heating where nobs are
Over heating on the front control panel and heating the front of my worktops to a dangerous level, contacted bush there contacting argos as a serious matter, waiting for a call back.

New oven
All is good with the oven, apart from it only comes with one shelf inside. No details of where another shelf can be purchased from. Families need more than one shelf and they shouldn’t have to source and purchase an additional one.

Very easy to install as it just needed the plug to be plugged into the existing oven socket. Looks and operates like a high premium manufacturers but half the cost.

Easy collection and simple installation
Ordered and collected within an hour, deliivered and installed to tenant's address with absolutely no issues. Simply removed old unit, slid this one in having plugged it in first, two fixing screws and job was complete. The most difficult part was removing the old unit!
