Our JBL Xtreme 4 has a type-C USB on the back it is for charging the speaker. The port is also for charging your devices that allows the speaker to serve as a power bank for your phone/ tablet. It doesn't support USB playback audio.
Thanks for your question. Our JBL Xtreme 4 doesn't have built-in support for streaming services like YouTube or Spotify directly from the speaker itself, but it isn't restricted either. You can play any audio from YouTube or any app on your phone, tablet, or computer by simply connecting via Bluetooth. So if you can play it on your device, you can hear it through our Xtreme 4.
