Short battery life
The only problem with this is the battery doesn't last very long before it needs recharging, maybe 8 hours? ,A shame they didn't put a bigger battery in it, otherwise it seems to do a pretty good jod & is easy to use

Nice little DAB radio!
I bought this DAB radio a couple of weeks ago now. It has decent reception (with aerial up) and is really easy to use. I use it mainly in the kitchen in the morning/evening. It's easy to charge (you will a plug or socket with USB). It's audio quality is good for the size and at just over £30 I think it makes a decent buy.

Excellent DAB+ portable at a bargain price
Bought so I could listen to a local station that is only available on DAB+ but with the bonus feature of FM as well (BBC Newcastle covers some games on FM and some on DAB!) without the need to connect to the mains as it has a built-in rechargeable battery. Quite impressed and good value for the price paid, although the settings are a bit fiddly to get used to, especially scrolling through a very long list of DAB+ stations to select the ones I want. The 'favourites' function would reduce this tedious task but setting it up is almost as tedious! Rechargeable battery life is good off a standard USB cable similar to your mobile phone. Reception isn't bad but could be better. Output is good - plenty of power and, in a nod to 'Spinal Tap,' the volume level goes up to 31! Compact, lightweight and reliable, and just a pity it doesn't have Medium and Long Wave as well, but for the price I really can't fault it.

Great aside from presets not working.
Bought it a few weeks ago and it works well. Very much liked the rechargeable built in battery. No lead required when listening. I only have it on for 2-3 hours a day, so only need to charge every 4 days. Downside is, the presets funtion doesn't work. I returned it and picked up a new one thinking it was a fault with the one I picked up but it's clearly a fault with the model itself as the same problem occured.

A cheap replacement
Reasonable for the price. Sound a little lightweight. Display and DAB reception very good. On/off switch very fiddly. Rechargeable battery life acceptable. Should not complain as it replaced an old Roberts portable which required expensive batteries.

Hello, I can advise that it is not possible to use wireless headphones with this Bush Hampton DAB+ Portable Radio. This is due to the Bluetooth function being an input where you can connect a Bluetooth music device to the Radio in order to play music through the built-in speaker on the Radio. As far as Im aware, all DAB and DAB plus radio screens scroll between available screens - usually 3. My own very cheap one does.
