Broke within 2 days. Couldn’t return as it was a toilet seat. Have replaced with a cheaper one just in case it goes the same way.

Absolute trash, if I could flush it down the toilet I would! The hinge attaching the lower part broke away within two weeks. Same fault as last one which lasted 10 months. Otherwise easy to install and soft close is nice feature but I would highly advise against it

Slow close solid pine toilet seat.
Well constructed. Solid. Slow closure excellent. Needed to turn fixing plate round 180 degrees for seat to sit further forward so seat would stay upright but that’s easy. Looks good. Recommended and excellent value.

I bought this two weeks ago, followed the instructions carefully when fitting it. One of the hinges has already broken. I'm really disappointed because it's an attractive looking toilet seat if that's possible and comfortable to sit on
