Not what I thought
Very disappointed with this mattress. The way it was described on Argos' website made me believe this mattress was ideal for people looking for something that would regulate temperature and keep them cool all night. How wrong I was! The first night I tried it, I felt uncomfortably warm which was in contrast to my existing 20 year old mattress. I imagine a lot of people also fell for the hype of this product! My other problem was I wasn't able to get a refund (I didn't feel the website description made it very clear that this mattress was not part of Argos' sleep-guarantee scheme where customers are eligible for a refund if not satisfied). After speaking to Argos' customer service many times, I was eventually informed that I would not be able to get a refund. The reviews for this mattress were almost all given from people who had been given the mattress to try and keep for free. These people would obviously have felt more obliged to give positive reviews, giving the mattress an unrealistic image of how good it really was. I donated this mattress to charity so not a total loss overall but would have preferred not to have been taken in so much by the exaggerated claims and features.

Comfy Mattress
Had this mattress 2 weeks lovely comftable but as you sit on side of bed it's really hard and uncomfortable sides not as expected for the price we thought it would be better

Cooler and calmer.
Bought the mattress a few weeks ago from Argos who were the most competitive on price. A medium feel and much more comfortable than the previous mattress we had. My wife has menopausal problems with hot flushes. The soft gel in the mattress has enabled her to get a decent nights sleep.

Comfortable mattress
My husband has been using this for the past two weeks. He's found it to be extremely comfortable, especially compared to his Emma mattress that he has previously. The mattress is firm but comfortable. It's extremely heavy and arrived not rolled up, so it was a slight challenge to get upstairs. Otherwise, very happy with it. My husband has a bad back and it has been improving how he feels in the mornings.

Luxurious & Comfortable
I have been sleeping on this mattress for 2 weeks now and I have never slept so well. This mattress feels substantial & because of its size & weight, needs 2 people to lift it into place. It is a good depth and offers exceptional support, even on the edges. During the hot weather I only had a fitted sheet & a top sheet on the bed & it felt lovely to sleep on.

Supportive, good quality mattress
The Sleepeezee cool calm 1400 pocket sprung mattress is a great investment if you are looking for a comfortable nights sleep. A firm to medium support mattress providing ultimate comfort and support. No more waking up with aches and pains. Both of us felt we were getting a better nights sleep and waking up refreshed. The unique cool touch material regulates body temperature and has been fantastic in giving us a comfortable nights sleep in this hot weather. It’s a non turn mattress but needs to be rotated head to foot periodically, might be good to know how often it should be turned in the product details. There’s a 10 year manufacturer guarantee and I believe the company Sleepeezee are proud royal warrant holders which marks high standards and quality. This I felt is very reassuring that the mattress is of excellent quality.

Perfect for us
This mattress is perfect for us. It is extremely comfortable, so much so that we're sleeping better and have a positive difference in our sleep quality. We feel our posture is supported well, due to the pocket springs. The cool technology is fantastic, especially over the past few warm nights. It provides ventilation which is cooling and helps to regulate the body temperature. The mattress is non flip, but you can rotate every so often which is ideal as the mattress isn't light (king size). I would recommend this mattress to others and Argos policy helps too.

Cool, comfortable mattress.
This is a fantastic mattress. It is really comfortable and I have felt really supported by it. My husband likes a firmer mattress so I was a little dubious of it being medium but even he has found it comfortable. We don’t notice each other moving in the night either. The cooling properties have been brilliant in this short heatwave for a couple who like to sleep cold! It is quite heavy, which could be an issue for rotating it for some.
