The integrated call blocker lets you assign 20 numbers each to blacklist and whitelist, blocking specific numbers plus nuisance types like international or withheld numbers. The built-in answer machine records up to 15 minutes of messages with personalised recording options.
The iDECT Loop offers 100 name and number memories, 10 ringtones, and volume controls. Batteries provide up to 10 hours talktime or 100 hours standby, with a range of 50m indoors and 300m outdoors. This allows you to set the answering machine to pick up after a customizable number of rings, typically between 2 and 9 rings, before it starts recording a message.
Setting the Number of Rings
You can configure how many times the phone rings before the answering machine begins:
-Access the TAM (Telephone Answering Machine) settings on your handset.
-Select Answer Delay.
-Choose the desired number of rings: 2, 4, 6, or 8 rings, depending on your preference. Some models may also allow settings up to 9 rings or a Time Saver option
