You're done with gym commutes and ready to train at home. This Reebok exercise bike connects to Zwift and Kinomap for immersive rides. You'll choose from 32 resistance levels and 18 preset programmes. The 9 kg flywheel keeps your pedalling smooth. Track speed, distance, calories and pulse on the touchscreen LED console.
Adjust the saddle and handlebars to fit your position perfectly. Pedal straps secure your feet during hard intervals. Hand grip sensors monitor your heart rate throughout. You'll move it easily with the transportation wheels. The electronic resistance changes instantly when you switch programmes.

extremely good product for the money
Had the exercise bike for about a month now and it is definitely an upgrade on my previous bike. The price at Argos and the description of the item were very accurate and the delivery was excellent, on time and efficient. the bike itself required self assembly which I was aware of however its wasn't as straight forward as I would have hoped and the reason this gets 4 stats instead of 5. The machine itself is very good. very stable and easy to use. Over 20 pre set programmes and even more resistance levels means this is a bike for the long term. Using it is smooth and a pleasure.

Reasonably priced, but not connected as hoped
The bike was easy enough to assemble and the app is easy to use. Main issues I found so far after couple of weeks - 1) can't get it to connect to Apple health app or Apple watch. 2) the heart rate monitor is useless as it just keeps going up until it tops at 200, my Apple Watch shows a varying number but no where near 200. 3) the bike makes lots of cracking, creaking noise and rattle from the pedal section. The good things are it is easy to adjust the seat; control the setting is easy on the screen or app; the screen is simple but clear and easy to understand once used to the symbol meanings; the actual pedalling action is smooth.

Tricky to set up.
This appears to be a well made exercise bike on the whole and very suitable for my needs. However, putting it together was not easy for two reasons. Fitting the main support for the handle bars was tricky as the bar is quite heavy and needed to be held in place while fitting the bolts. It was a two-man job. If the bike had had the bolts fitted to the machine so we could slot the support on, and then fit the nuts, this would have been a far better design and far easier. To fit the handle bars, two wires needed to be pushed about 4 inches down a narrow tube and then passed through round holes, one on each side. The connectors were rectangular in shape but the holes were round. Fitting a rectangular connector through a round hole in very cramped conditions 4 inches down a narrow tube was not a simple matter.

I bought this a couple of weeks ago after reading good reviews about it. I wasn’t disappointed It’s a good quality bike and I find it comfortable to use My two teenage grandsons put it up for me

Assembly took some time to digest the process to assemble, but seemed simple once understood. The ride is smooth and the interface works well. Bluetooth too the app works well too, only complaint is a workout you cannot sync to your phone once complete, to jave in the app you need to start the workout from the app to track any progress.

Great smooth bike with good connection options.
Building the bike was not as big as problem as some say, wiring clips was the only tester. Has been a great replacement for my old 10 year bike, with the plus of being able to connect my tablet allowing me to track my progress. Has a great choice of resistance levels and very smooth to ride. Would recommend as a great home trying bike

Excellent exercise bike
This is a great exercise bike. It is quiet, smooth and sturdy. I am 5ft 3in tall and my partner is 6ft 1in, the adjustable seat works perfectly for both of us. Using it with a tablet, the Reebok app provides good workouts and metrics, syncs up with Strava, but also great for Zwift too. Overall super happy with it, would recommend

Pedals too far apart
The main problem was the distance between the pedals. The base unit was so bulky, that the pedals were uncomfortably far apart, and every time my foot came up my knee had to swivelled inwards. This was uncomfortable and I am sure would have caused knee or hip problems after long term use. Having done some research I have learned that the distance between the pedals is called the Q factor. Consequently I had to return the bike.

No, the FR30 does not support connection to external heart rate belt monitors. It only tracks heart rate using built-in hand pulse sensors.
