Yes it does.

I queried 5 year warranty with Hisense and they said they know nothing about it,
I then went back to Argos and after being transferred all over the place I was promised a call from the supervisor within 48 hrs unfortunately Argos never got back to me.
I am still trying so sort it out. I am very unhappy with the service I have received from Argos, and will never buy anything like this from them again.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Hisense WF5S1245BB 12KG 1400 Spin Washing Machine - Black: ''The washing time of different programs is usually different, but this time is tested under a full load of 12kg; however, the washing machine will weigh the actual weight of the clothes before the user washes, so as to determine the specific time required; if the user needs a quick wash, we have a 15-minute 1kg and 49-minute 4kg quick wash function.''

Having checked the instructions for the Hisense WF5S1245BW 12KG 1400 Spin Washing Machine: The machine is able to vary its temperature settings and is capable of doing a 30 degree wash.
