This Video Doorbell with Chime is designed to connect only to 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks. It does not support 5GHz Wi-Fi connections.
This is pretty common for many smart home devices, as 2.4GHz Wi-Fi tends to offer better range and wall penetration, which is handy for devices like doorbells that are often installed outside or far from the router.
If you have a dual-band router, just make sure your phone and the doorbell are both connected to the 2.4GHz network during setup.

Our supplier has advised that the Swann EVO Wireless Smart Video Doorbell with Chime uses a different app so this particular one can't be viewed with the other system. The Swann Security app is used.
