It’s a good mat sturdy and easy to clean but not comfortable enough for me it. It could be slightly thicker but still good enough for Yoga and Pilates.

Bought to use outdoors for yoga classes on grass & at the beach. Good grip. Light to carry. Long enough for me to lie on (I’m 5’9”). Would also be good for indoor yoga. Vet pleased with this mat.
