About this product
The Vax HomePro Plus Cordless Vacuum Cleaner is built for a proper whole home clean without trailing cables around. It runs for up to 45 minutes on a full charge with the removable VAX ONEPWR 4.0Ah MAX battery, or around 15 minutes on boost mode when you need extra power. At 3.5kg, it's light enough to carry upstairs, and the FlexiClean pole bends to reach under furniture and into awkward spots without you having to crouch down. It converts into a handheld for sofas, stairs and the car, and the wall mount keeps it charged and out of the way.
The motorised floor head drives bristles into carpet pile to lift ground-in dirt and works equally well on hard floors and laminate. Two-stage filtration captures 99.9% of dust and allergens down to 0.3 microns, ideal for allergy sufferers. The washable filter means no replacements. Just rinse to maintain suction. The 0.7l dustbin empties with a slide mechanism to keep hands clean, and an indicator shows when it's full. It includes a crevice nozzle and stair tool, takes 3 hours to charge, and works on carpets, rugs, wool carpet, hard floors, laminate, upholstery and stairs.

Bought this 2 weeks ago and so happy with it. It was to replace a cordless Vax which I had had many years. Having the anti hair wrap was essential. Excellent vacuum cleaner, battery life allows me to do a bigger than average 3 bed house.

Good cleaner at a reasonable price
Very pleased with this vacuum cleaner - less nosy than expected and seems efficient at picking up. Only criticism would be that it doesn't stand up by itself - but I did know that before buying. Haven't tried all the attachments yet, but they look like they will do a good job.

Big improvement
Have had this for a few weeks now. Very pleased with the performance, especially the power head with non tangle brush. We have a German Shepherd who casts continually so this head is a real bonus. The easy empty bin is also very good. The only negative is the weight of the unit. It does feel a bit heavier than our previous VAX, but apart from that can't fault this product.

I bought this a few weeks ago as my old vacuum cleaner had finally stopped working. It's absolutely brilliant and really deep cleans the carpets. It has a long battery life, and quite fast charging. The only thing I can find that is a problem for me, as I'm 70 years old woman and pretty weak, is it that it is not very light when using, but I give it a positive 5star.

Excellent cleaner

No, the accessories are not compatible with a Vax Blade 4. The Blade 4 and HomePro accessories are not interchangeable. The only compatibility between the two models is that they use the same batteries.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Vax HomePro Plus Cordless Vacuum Cleaner: The vacuum can free stand. However, it also does come with a wall mount, and we would advise the machine is stored with connected to the wall mount.
There is one brush bar with this product, and these are available to replace.
