Very disappointed!
Vax Home Pro purchased from you on 9th June is a huge disappointment. We have had previous Vax Blade cleaners which have been excellent. We also have a Vax Glide Hard floor cleaner which is also excellent. Your design department appear to have lost their way with this latest model. The head is far too heavy compared to previous models. This also makes emptying the dirt bin harder as you have to remove the entire (heavy!) head to empty it. Previous models, you just unclipped the dirt bin. The worst problem is the pathetic little sponge filter which needs cleaning at every single use to prevent the cleaner from cutting out all the time. No such problem with previous models. You ask below if we would recommend Vax to a friend. Previously, without hesitation. After our Home Pro purchase, absolutely not!

Good vacuum but no stair tool included
Does everything I want in a cordless vacuum cleaner recharges quickly and led lights very useful. There is a downside this being the lack of a stair tool I realise I can purchase one separately but feel it should be included.

A Load rubbish I wish I never brought it, it keeps getting blocked it has no suction and now I have to keep taking it apart while block it is an awful design whoever designed it needs to go back to the drawer board and draw so it's better I know if there was no stars the more the better because it doesn't deserve a one either

Easy to use
Had my cordless vax 4 weeks and am really happy with the performance. The front light is great cos you can see the hidden dust .

Vax vacuum Home pro
Unfortunately this has not lived up to expectations. The battery life is only 20 minutes not the expected 45 minutes. The bin needs emptying after just vacuuming one small bedroom. Easy to manoeuvre but otherwise very disappointed
