This Vax model is heavy and bulky, pet hair frequently blocks up the head,tricky to empty,noisy,just altogether the worst buy.,but it does stand upright in the cupboard!!

Bad designed vacuum. Difficult to remove parts for emptying. An elderly person could not cope with one of these things! Avoid!

Great bendy section
Brilliant…..literally as the light on the brush head lights up everything so I can make sure I’ve picked up all the bits. The cleaner is easy to use, with the bend section it helps me get under the furniture. The charge lasts a long time allowing me to do all of the cleaning in one go.

Too heavy for elderly person
I bought this Vax 2 weeks ago. My daughter assembled it and said it was very easy to put together. She then hoovered up for me and said it was fine, just a little noisy. But I am 85 and have since tried to use the Vax but it is too heavy and made my hand swell and I find it difficult to manoeuvre . Unfortunately I cannot use it.

Bought this Vax when on offer it is quite powerful until the filter gets clogged which does not take long, then you need to clean all the debris from the foam,I personally use a tooth brush to do this.i also purchased 2 new filters with the filter cage ,the only thing is that they are black instead of the original one which is same colour of the body of the vax(grey).

Hoover under furniture without needing to ben
Brought this vacuum cleaner on 9/2/26 after tv advertisement. It’s was delivered next day post free and with extra tools at no cost . Outstanding deal ,the item itself is light to use with up to 45 minutes cleaning time. Its suction is excellent and extra tools make cleaning an easy and pleasant task. Recharging takes about an hour .It coms complete with wall stand and the ability to hover under furniture without the need to bend is great idea. Overall a good hover at great price and I would recommend it
