Awful
Have only had this a few months but already want to replace it. It constantly clogs up and leaves dirt on the floor.. I do clean the filter and give it an overhaul every couple of weeks but it doesn’t seem to help. It’s also way too heavy for one hand. I lived my old lightweight plug in vax but not this one

Disappointed with design
This must be our 4th Vax cordless, disappointed with this model. It is so bulky compared to the rest and very top heavy. The bottom roller head is very bulky and not as responsive and manouvarable as previous.

Good cordless vacuum cleaner.
Bought this VAx cordless vacuum cleaner a month ago, very pleased with it, light and easy to use, picks up dust well and is easy to clean. The battery also lasts longer than our old cordless Vax.

Some good features but power suction power
Some good features re size, weight, fixing of parts. Major issue with suction power very poor plus when using with utensils on stairs etc poor function

Not worth 1 star
This is honestly the worst hoover I have had from you. Its clumsy it doesn't pick up very well. Difficult to clean out. Much prefer the blade. Total waste of money in my opinion. Batrery doesn't last as long either. Very poor Vax

Awful
Shame I couldn’t rate it a 0. The worst hoover I’ve ever used. Absolutely rubbish and waste of time!! It sucks things up then throws it all back out in little piles. No this isn’t because it’s blocked we’ve cleaned it several times and it never gets better. Awful to use for stairs too. Really disappointing.

I Purchased This Vacuum In January 2026! I Am Extremely Disappointed With It! It Picks Up From Carpets, And Hard Surfaces, But Just Drops Everything Back On To The Floor When Switched Off. On Carpets Things Don't Get Into The Colectio Chamber, Just Clog Up At The Top Of The Tube, I Need To Manually Clear This Frequently! Not As Would Have Expected. I Am Reluctant To Purchase Any Other Brand In Case They Are No Better, I Only Went Cordless Because Of My Age And Needing To Be Free Of Cables. As I Say Very Let Down!

Great Vax HomePro - However
Great machine, seems heavier than our 7 year old VAX 4.A great machine with many better features including :- 1) battery removal 2) Control switch & battery use sign 3) Easier disasembly to vacuum car etc 4) Great suction However 5) Difficult to empty the dust collector, due to poor design. First time I used it all the contents emptied down my leg and even entered my shoe. This is a terrible design, whereas the old VAX 4 , the container was easily removed for emptying or cleaning. I even looked on VAX's Web site for help, no help 6) The bendy feature I found a gimmick VAX Please note these comments for what is a great machine from a great and helpful Company

Great features.
I love it but it won’t stand up on its own you have to lean it against something.

Used for over a month now, suction very powerful and can see from filter how much dust and dirt is held, downside is the weight of unit also no storage for accessories, but overall positive so far
