Doesn't pick up dog hair.
I bought this a month ago and I'm not very pleased as when I am trying to hover using the floor head and the pipe to it, it keeps getting clogged up with my huskys hair, this was the problem we had with previous hovers so it isn't great for pet hair, definitely would NOT recommend to anyone who has a medium/large dog that sheds.

Not great
The vacuum is light and easy to use, but the suction is poor. Doesn't seem to lift much unless on the plus setting which massively drains the battery. Then constantly drops dirt when turned off or changing the attachment, despite regular emptying and cleaning. Would not recommend this product

Good value cleaner, does the job
Good value cleaner, does the job easy to empty, easy to use. Bit heavy and taking battery off to charge is a bit inconvenient but for the price compared to my old Dyson its really good value

Quick and efficient
I have been using the hoover for a week now and it is good. It's got strong suction pick up and the light shows where the dirt is on front of the hoover. The battery is still Good no sign of it needed to be charged yet..The only thing I didn't realise is you have to remove the battery to charge . My other hoover just slotted into the charger..Otherwise it would have been 5 stars.

Pretty poor from Vax
Disappointed with Vax, expected better from them. The first machine developed a fault and was replaced by Argos after two uses.. This one is still working but has very poor quality and performance. 1) Suction is poor. It doesn’t clean up to the skirtings. If you take the tool off and try and use that it’s next to useless. If you use the crevice tool it’s so small it blocks virtually instantly. 2) The dust container entry has such a small entry port that a single small piece such as a petal from a flower can block it. 3) The sliding feature to clear the bin, is flimsy and can leave you with the bin completely disconnected. But the bin doesn’t clear readily so you have to get your fingers inside to pull stuff out when it’s hardly full. 4) The main pipes got a hinge for getting under sofas but it means the pipe is bendy and wobbly in use. 5) Battery life for us is two carpeted rooms. But not the whole stairs. Recharging takes 3 hours. Bit longer in summer because the battery gets warm so charging stops. We put the battery in the fridge first and that helps. 6) there’s a clip for fixing to the wall. But be careful not to touch the waste bin pushing the pipe on the clip - if you do, the bin flies open and the contents drop everywhere. Basically from Vax this machine is poorly engineered and not up to their previous standards. This vacuum can only do what it does in the TV ads. In a real house it’s near hopeless. Use it for minor things but not for vacuuming the whole house because it won’t.

Definitely not an upgrade!
Bought to replace the previous model as the brush bar was spinning intermittently. This model feels far less sturdy. I do not like that I have to disconnect the entire top half of the vacuum and take the whole thing to empty the bin. This is much more time consuming than taking out just the bin section in the previous model. The switch to push down the contents is clearly the reason why and whilst I appreciate this you need to be quite forceful and as a result I can see this becoming faulty quite quickly. The brush bar has a plastic section just behind it where dust and dirt builds up because it has no where to go eventually blocking this section. After only a few uses the brush bar stopped turning on this model too. I also noticed when packing it up for returning that I had not been sent the smaller version of the main bottom section but a different attachment that it should not have come with. I think I had originally been sent a return which explains why the box had been re-taped.

Very disappointed
This is the second hoover I have bought from you (I wish I hadn’t let my husband persuade me to get another one). Both models bad. Does not pick up bits properly and when it does they just collect in the hoover head and all fall out when you turn the hoover off. The cylinder never gets full as it blocks at the inlet within a few minutes. I hoover every day and it happens consistently. Useless at the edges of skirtings. I’ve only had this model a week and can’t believe how bad it is. Would appreciate some feedback.

Battery doesn't last more than 20 minutes
I bought this, and it does the job, unfortunately the battery doesn't last that long, only about 20 minutes
