About this product
The Vax HomePro Pet Cordless Vacuum Cleaner is built for tackling pet hair and everyday mess across the whole house. The FlexiClean pole bends to reach under furniture without you having to crouch down, and it's easy to steer around chair legs and into corners. At 3.5kg, it's not too heavy to carry upstairs, and it converts to a handheld for sofas, stairs or the car. The battery runs for up to 45 minutes on the standard setting or around 15 minutes with the power boost, and takes 3 hours to charge fully.
The motorised floor head drives bristles into carpets to lift ground-in dirt and works well on hard floors and laminate. Two-stage filtration captures 99.9% of dust and allergens down to 0.3 microns, ideal for allergy sufferers or pet owners. The washable filter eliminates replacement costs, and the 0.7l dustbin empties via a slide mechanism to keep hands clean. Indicators show when the battery is low or bin full. It includes a pet hair remover, crevice nozzle, stair tool, and wall mount for charging and storage. Suitable for carpets, wool rugs, hard floors, laminate, upholstery and stairs.

Very Poor suction
I bought the new VAX HomePro Pet Cordless Vacuum Cleaner as the old one I had stopped working. However the suction for the new one is nowhere as goods as the old one. In one week of use I piked up the same amount of dust the old one would have picked up in one use. Also the new spatula do not entangle so much air because it doesn't pick them up from the carpet. I am very disappointed.

Good vacuum cleaner.
I’ve had the vacuum cleaner for just over a week now - if was easy to set up and use after charging the battery. So far the Vax has performed well and as expected, some I am very happy with my purchase.

Poor suction
We've had this hoover for a few months now. It is absolutely awful. It is flimsy and the suction is extremely poor. When we finish hoovering a pile of debris always falls out of the head as well. The extra power button lasts only a minute or two as well so you can't even cover a room, without the battery going. All in all, it's been one of the more disappointing purchases we've made and now getting another hoover as this is just so unreliable and poor at cleaning.

Much better suction than my Mains Hoover
I bought this last week and tested it at the weekend. It seems to pick up a lot more than my electric Hoover. So far I am impressed and it’s great on the stairs too. Just can’t decide if it’s better to use the stair attachment or the pet one as I have 2 cats and 2 dogs. It’s relatively quiet too, it doesnt scare my dog
