Vax - a very reliable HomePro Vacuum
A month ago I bought a vax home pro. I was so impressed that 2 days later I ordered another Vax only this time the vax home pro pet! This is as good as my original home pro. I am impressed at the running time and performance of both machines. I previously used a very expensive vacuum from a well known brand which was something of a let down. I have nothing but good things to say about both of these vacuum cleaners and at the price they were certainly value for money.

Broke after 40 days
At first was pleased with the vacuum and its capabilities but for no reason it stopped working at approximately 40 days old. I had to return the product boxed up and was told it would be fixed, replaced or I would have a fee if it was at my fault. It was returned fixed but my issue was, no apology, nothing to compensate during the period without a vacuum and generally nothing to compensate for the trouble. I haven’t had any contact from vax since the return to explain and in general very disappointed as nor wondering how long before the same problem occurs again.

Spitting out dust and dirt
Bought recently. Spitting out dirt and dust, not vacuuming it up on our hard wood floors and tiles. We have no carpets

Not great
When I brought this I thought yes a hoover that will be good, powerful and last a while. However the battery life is very poor. I have had multiple hoovers and this one has to be the worst on battery life. I had a cheap hoover that had better battery life and hoovered the carpets better

Not that impressed , battery cuts out a lot . And dust keeps getting stuck between the tube part and the cylinder that holds the dust ,. This then reduces the suction

Vax home pro pet cordless vacuum cleaner
I bought this item 4 weeks ago. What a great cleaner, it does what it says, easy to use powerful suction, very easy to empty and spare tools for other jobs such as upholstery narrow places, etc. I would definately buy this model again in the future.
