Basic but good
It is a basic mattress and for it to be really comfortable I would recommend a memory foam mattress topper. One side is quite creaky when you sit on the edge of it, but for the price I can’t complain.

Disappointed
I bought the single. It was easy to unwrap but it is very soft not much support so should not be advertised as medium firm. The springs tend to boing as you turn over too. Not quite what I expected.

Bought for my 7 year old. Very comfy, came vacuum sealed, so easy to carry and open. My boys love it thru top and tail even though they have their own beds

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Devon Essentials Single Mattress: ''There isn’t a specific timeframe and we couldn’t quote one as we have no control over how long our customers hold them in stock. In general though, as long as the bed base is going to arrive within a small number of weeks rather than months it should be fine to keep it rolled. It’s worth pointing out that regardless of this timeframe the mattress will not look its best until at least 48 hours after unrolling and may even improve further after a short period of actually being used.''
