About this product
The RED5 Waterproof Action Camera is built for adventurers who want to capture their greatest moments without worrying about the elements. With its compact, lightweight body, this action camera shoots 720p video at 30fps through a wide-angle lens, perfect for recording water sports, snowboarding runs, or any action-packed activity. Waterproof without any housing, it's ready to dive straight in whether you're surfing, snorkelling or skiing, handling depths that make it genuinely suitable for underwater adventures.
The rechargeable Li-ion battery delivers around 1.5 hours of recording time, giving you plenty of juice for a full session on the slopes or in the waves. The LCD screen lets you frame your shots easily, whilst the 27.13-megapixel sensor captures sharp stills alongside your video footage. It comes with the battery included, so you can start filming right out of the box. Incredibly light and easy to mount anywhere, it's a genuinely practical choice for capturing your adventures without adding bulk to your gear.

Works very well.
Lovely little camera, great fun for kid's to use on a seaside holiday. It was in and out of the rock pool's. Gave good results

Very Poor Quality
Comes with a good array of attachments and seems quite watertight. Biggest problem is the quality and definition of the video it takes is awful. Also it does not record sound when it is in its watertight box.

Great value for money
I bought this to take diving after I lost my previous more expensive camera. I have now used it diving and can report that I'm very pleased with it. It's a point and shoot with no frills - photos or video is about it - but for £25 it's a no-brainer. The video is good enough to go on YouTube and watch on a large flat screen TV
