About this product
The Ion A4 laminator machine can laminate up to 125-micron laminating pouches which is ideal for laminating and giving a professional finish to your work and will be ready to use in no time thanks to its quick 4-minute heat up time. The Ion A4 features a release lever which allows you to realign misfed documents. With the auto shut off feature, the Ion A4 will automatically power down after 30 minutes of inactivity. This laminator includes a laminating starter pack of ten Fellowes pouches.

Purchased this item on 29th Dec 2025, I found it extremely easy to use very quite and the warm up time was very quick much quicker than expected. one slight downside was that the instructions could have been clearer but overall I was very pleased with the laminator

The main difference is that the Ion can laminate to a maximum pouch thickness of 125 microns, whereas the Arc laminates to 80 microns.

After contacting our suppliers they have advised for Fellowes Ion A4 Laminator:
125mic is per side of the pouch, the total thickness is 250mic once laminated. I hope this helps.

Yes you can put 2 sheets or standard paper into one pouch as long as the thickness of the maximum pouch thickness 125 microns is not exceeded.
