Teflon non-stick just what I was looking for.
Great I was looking for a 'Teflon' non stick coating particularly, as there are all sorts of surfaces these days professing to be non-stick (but aren’t really that good). so this is great for omelettes easily sliding for flipping without the need for oil. It is solid but light and the base is solid and hasn’t warped with the heat so it doesn’t wobble around on the flat glass surface. The red heat thing is a bit of a gimmick, like who uses that to know when to use the pan!

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for Salter 15x Mega Thermo 20cm Frying Pan.
All standard non-stick coatings, such as those commonly found on frying pans, are made from a material called PTFE.
PTFE itself contains a group of chemicals known as PFAS
Therefore, non-stick pans with standard PTFE coatings inherently contain PFAS as part of their composition.
