Colour and the speed ver the paper white version
I brought this as a Christmas present for my wife to replace the paper white version and she loves it l, she finds it quicker and she likes the colour when brousing.

Upgraded kindle
I bought this for my daughter as the previous kindle has black and white colour so wanted to upgrade it and she loves it. The battery is strong, the colours are not too bright at all. She already downloaded many books that she has in paper form amd read them again. It was on sale so i grabbed it immediately and absolutely worth for the price. I would recommend who loves to read.

I believe the difference on 2024 vs 2025 is that the signature edition released in 2024 has a number of features excluded from the more accessible 2025 version. Wireless charging, ambient sensor removed and 32gd down to 16gb if I recall.
This is obviously what I stumbled across in my limited research prior to purchasing this version, so please take as informative but may not be 100 percent correct.

They have made "appropriate adjustments" to the software and display of new devices including this Amazon Kindle Colorsoft Signature Ed 32 GB E-Reader.
