Struggling with this machine. I understand that its a heat pump dryer and that they work differently, more efficient energy usage etc BUT unless I use it on anything other than the 40min quick cycle it takes hours and hours to dry anything. Even on that cycle, it will adjust its time to suit the washing load, fair enough, so it could be 1hr.15min instead of 40mins, but I can return to it after 30mins, the timer says 1hr 28mins to go and the washing is bone dry????? I'm sure I'll adjust but it just seems bonkers....or is it faulty?

Excellent Tumble Dryer
Does what it says, it takes a little longer but I believe it's cheaper and so much quieter than our old Tumble dryer, the ease of emptying the water drawer is a game changer, along with the double fluff filters is great.

Drier exactly same as my old non heat pump drier . You really could not tell difference, but hopefully will when the electricity bill arrives

Straightforward to use
I have been using the appliance for just over three weeks and am still getting used to the settings. I am impressed with the low level of creases after tumbling. Mixed load setting seems to work for most things.

Great product
Great product, very high quality and it actually dries stuff properly! Capacity is fantastic too. Expensive but worth it. Only downside was it was initially a bit confusing how to install the auto drain function as it didn’t come with standard size hosing, but the customer service was very good and helped straight away.
