Which muscles can you massage with the roller?
Use the massage roller on the floor. It is designed to massage the leg muscles: lutes, thighs (fascia latta, hamstrings, and quadriceps) and calves. You can also use it for your back muscles. It's hard, structured foam provides a deep, intense massage.
You only need your body weight to make it work!

You can use the massage ball on your foot arch, back, calves, glutes, and chest muscles. It allows you to give your muscles and trigger points a deep massage. Use it on the floor, against a wall, or with the hand depending on the zone you want to massage.
