Have tendinopathy and told to do arm exercises with light resistance. I can't do bands so I got these. My arms are really improving.

I have bought a lot of these weights as I run exercise classes for retired people!
They are easy to hold, a good size ( I bought some elsewhere that were too small for my hands ), and do not roll away when class participants put them down. A great product.
