About this product
The Habitat Ronnie Bunk Bed Frame creates comfortable sleeping space for two in rooms where floor space is precious. It's a single-over-single design that lets siblings share without needing separate bedrooms, or gives you a guest bed ready when friends come to stay. The solid wood frame provides lasting stability and support, while wooden slats distribute weight evenly across both bunks. It's finished in clean white that works with most bedroom colours and furniture. The ladder can go on either side, so you can position it where it suits your room layout best.
Safety rails on the top bunk keep sleepers secure, standing 32cm high for protection. Wall-mounting is required for stability to prevent tipping. Suitable from age six and supports up to 120kg per bunk, it grows with your children through their teenage years. The top mattress must be 16cm deep or less for safe headroom. There's 24cm of space under the bottom bunk, enough room to slide storage boxes or bags out of the way. Simple assembly with clear instructions; two people are recommended for setup.

Good marks and chipped on arrival
For the money I paid I expected more to be honest. There was holes drilled in wrong places. The bar up the top isn’t very high- my daughter kneeled to turn round and get off the top bunk down the ladder and fell over the bar from the top bunk. Hurt her arm. She wasn’t messing around ect so gives you an idea of how low the bar is compared to other bunk beds I’ve seen. Not too bad to put together - was abit longer because of holes being in the wrong places. Also there was chips out of the wood on arrival. I wouldn’t buy again for that price.

Hi Serena,
Having checked, there is no additional headboard available for the bottom bunk on the Habitat Ronnie Bunk Bed Frame. It may be worth taking a look at the range of bed guards we sell on the link below:

Hello Say,
The supplier has advised the following for the Ronnie Bunk Bed Frame - White:
“ The treads are 20mm deep on the Ronnie bunk bed.
They have a R18 on the edge, so it is soft for the kids to step at / will follow the curve under the foot. ”
Thanks for using Q&A.
