About this product
You're ready to work your core at home without heading to the gym. This multi gym gives you 12 different exercises in one compact system. It features dual resistance and 180-degree range of motion. The ergonomic back design supports you during crunches and sit-ups. There's a rowing system to target your abs from multiple angles.
The bench press lets you work with controlled resistance. Use the butterfly press to engage your upper body. Leg extensions activate your thighs whilst you're seated. Arm curls move smoothly through their full motion. The low rowing action engages your back and core together. Triceps presses focus on the backs of your arms. Leg presses activate your lower body. Shoulder presses engage your upper body. The double pulley system lets you vary your routine.

Really pleased overall with the machine, very disappointed it hasn't come with the dvd that it states on Argos website is included, tried to contact customer service with no luck!

I bought this 29 Sept 2025. Easy collect from local Sainburys. However, when I started using it, it became apparent I was too tall. I am 6 feet 2 ins. The machine needs to be increased in size to accommodate the taller person. Also, I have had to substitute the foam covers at the front with 22mm copper pipe insulation to make it comfortable on my shins. It's not a bad bit of kit if you make some allowances and modifications.

I returned this item after trying to find reasons to keep it but couldn’t. Initially wanted it as a rowing machine and thought this was multipurpose so would be useful, alas it was useless apart from going right back to do sit-ups which I could do by putting my feet under my sofa and doing sit-ups that way. Sorry I was hoping it was ideal for me but it definitely was not
