Great laptop that you can do gaming too.
Brought this for my teenage son. Was mainly for school work but then he found you can play games on it through xbox. Graphics are really good and clear. Loads within a few seconds. Only downfall is that it takes a while to charge up. It's very light to carry too. Overall one very happy teenager as he gets to do both school work and play games. Really easy to set up and get going too.

I let the laptop set up as you described, however, it wont allow me to proceed without setting up a Microsoft account, therefore I have bought something which is not as described - in the first answer.
The laptop will take 2 hours minimum to install update, you will need an email account, then further updates while transfer from old browser to new.
It will restart a few times but overall it is fast at starting up.

The Samsung Galaxy Book4 was released in early 2024. This model uses Intel’s Core i3 100U processor and doesn’t have the new Intel’s Core i3. This is available in the Galaxy Book5 series launched in 2025.
