Saves draining my car battery

I have poorly fitted tyres that leak air. They need inflating every other day. This pump is saving my time as well as my car battery. My fuel efficiency has also improved not running the car for 15 mins before departing. I would recommend. Be warned the mains charging is very slow, like 8 hours.

Good Inflater

I bought this for camping and have to say it is very handy. I like that it's cordless so not only does it do our campervan tyres but also any other inflatables. It seems to hold the charge very well but once in use the battery gauge is a little confusing. It drops to one bar as soon as you use it but then seems to work on that single bar for a while. It would be better if it had a more readable gauge not only in use but also whilst charging. The only downside is that it does work from the mains. It looks like this is for charging only and the 12v gets very very hot whilst in use so I'm not sure its really OK for long usage. Best to make sure its fully charged before use. It comes with a case which is very tight and only holds the inflater and not the leads which is a bit silly because it means you have to carry it around in its box anyway.

Easy to use Ring Cordless tyre inflator.

Had the Ring Cordless tyre inflator for a while and it's so convenient to use. No long leads plugged into the car. Makes it easy to go around the car and pump up each tyre.

Excellent Portable Tyre Pump

I've been searching for a reliable, cordless tyre pump that will also allow for deflation for ages. This pump covers all requirements. Reasonably fast charge. Fairly quiet running. Quick inflation. Very easy to set up and configure a target pressure. Holder for dust cap. Spare dust caps provided. Carry bag included (but without handle). And, importantly, there is a button for deflation, which removes the need to keep removing the inflation tube for a manual deflation process. Only downside is that the inflation tube is not long enough if the valve happens to end up at the top of the wheel. However, the pump is light and easy to hold during the inflation process. If you are looking for a sturdy cordless tyre pump with all the features, stop searching and buy this one. Recommended.

Well made and quite heavy. Charges up from the mains unit included or from the 12v cigarette lighter socket. Can be run from the cigarette lighter socket but check the sockets fuse it needs to be at least 15amp otherwise it will blow. It has a useful light for night time. Display is good. Easy to use. Used it for mainly topping up tyres (Van, Car, Racing bike and Mountain bike tyres etc.). Did the job ok but started to take a bit more time on the 4th Van wheel (up it 4psi on each wheel). Topped up 4x Van wheels, 4x Mountain bike wheels and 2x Racing bike wheels used 2 bar on the battery display. 1 bar left on the display. So overall being portable is very useful but a plug in cheaper 12volt unit would work just as well but you need to plug into a 12v socket. Overall pleased with the unit.
