You cannot buy two Microsoft 365 Family subscriptions for 6 people and McAfee for 5 devices to get a 2-year consecutive license. Each Microsoft 365 Family subscription is tied to a single email account, and purchasing another subscription using the same account will only extend the expiration date of the existing subscription by one year.

Yes, the Microsoft 365 Family 6 People & McAfee 1 Year subscription can replace an existing Microsoft 365 Personal subscription. If you cancel your Personal subscription and continue with the Family plan using the same Microsoft account, your OneDrive files and email will remain intact. You may need to sign in to activate Office again, but there is no risk of data loss or service interruption. The Family plan will automatically transition to the new plan when it renews, and you won't be charged until then.
