Best way to lose weight
I got this a few weeks ago. I enjoy walking but not exercising and this has been an easy way for me to lose weight. Way better to go on a walk than to spend hours with no luck at the gym. I’ve lost 6 pounds so far.

Comfortable skin to skin or over t shirt on a 2 mile walk. Can do shadow boxing in it too with no probs. About the right weight for me to work a bit harder.

Great for walks but might be too roomy for runs
I bought this generally walking, and it’s great. However I might want to use it for runs in the future but I think it might be a bit baggy/bounce. I’m a petite women, so it’s slightly roomy around the waist. However my partner uses it for runs and loves it. Generally it’s comfortable and does the job.

Love it - building strength whilst walking the dog
Bought the weighted vest to wear while walking the dog so I can burn more calories and build a little more strength without having to do anything specific. I'm walking the dog twice a day whether I wear the vest or not so I may as well get some extra benefit. Seems to be working as within a week I lost a couple of pounds.
