Does what I was looking for. I wear it on walks and have worn it doing squats. Possibly some additional padding where it sits on the shoulders would help, but at the price it is good

Best way to lose weight
I got this a few weeks ago. I enjoy walking but not exercising and this has been an easy way for me to lose weight. Way better to go on a walk than to spend hours with no luck at the gym. I’ve lost 6 pounds so far.
