Comfortable and easy to wear
I'm happy with this purchase, its a good weight and comfortable to wear. The weights aren't removable so the vest it just one weight and can't be adjusted but this wasn't an issue for me.

Passive workout :-)
I bought this a few weeks ago to help kick start my post-Christmas weight loss plan - it has already helped me to lose 2 pounds just by wearing it around the house and out and about on regular dog walks. I put it on in the morning and forget about it for a passive workout! It just adds a bit of extra strength training to your everyday activities. Not too bulky so I can wear it under my coat. Adjustable waist straps so that it doesn't move around much when you're wearing it. I haven't worn it when doing a gym class but that's only because I have bad knees and don't want to aggravate them. Would 100% recommend. PS for reference to fit I am size 10/12 and 5 foot 4 female, but it's adjustable so should fit up to about size 16/18?

Good but not ideal for my use
Nothing wrong with this item I bought for walking / running and the weight does obviously dig into your shoulders over time 1 to 2 hours. I have now bought a weight belt instead. For in the gym / workout training I would think it would be perfect.

I recently bought this weighted vest as an upgrade from my old 'Davina' vest as it's slightly heavier. It's sleek, and comfortable. It can be adjusted by tightening or loosening the straps. It's worthwhile taking the time to do this to ensure the best fit. I would happily recommend this vest.
