One section consists of 30 pieces and the other section consists of 15 pieces.
For the side, patio section:
- Back panel x2
- Side panel x 1
- Roof x 2
- Under Roof x1
- Front panel x1
- Then there's a number of posts (x3), roof framing (x2), fascia (x1), and various fixings to hold it all together.
For the summer house, there's more parts but more of them are larger:

- Floor x2

Our supplier has advised that the Mercia Maine Summerhouse roof requires Roofing Felt which is supplied with the summerhouse. For maximum protection, you can add sealant where the strips of felt join. Details on how to felt the roof can be found in the instructions delivered with the item.

Yes, this does need full assembly from scratch. All the panels will come flat packed and it will come with the instructions and all the fixings to build it up.
They also add this further info: "We recommend a flat, solid, level base such as concrete/slabs. If the base is not level/suitable, the product warranty would be void".
