About this product
Ultrahuman Ring sizes are different from standard ring sizes, so it is important to size yourself before you purchase your Ultrahuman Ring Air Smart Ring. With an Ultrahuman Ring Air Sizing Kit purchase from Argos, you will receive a £10 redemption code on the box to use towards your purchase of an Ultrahuman Ring Air Smart Ring at checkout.
The Ultrahuman Ring AIR transforms how you track sleep and movement without the bulk of a watch. This sleek smart ring monitors all your sleep stages - REM, deep sleep, light sleep and wakefulness - then gives you actionable steps to wake up ready for the day. The Movement Index keeps you active throughout the day to optimise glucose metabolism and boost your non-exercise energy usage, while the minimal design means you'll barely notice you're wearing it.
Track steps, workouts and calories with the dedicated workout mode that monitors your heart rate in real time. The ring measures heart rate, heart rate variability, and skin temperature to provide a complete health picture, with stress insights based on how your HR, HRV and resting heart rate vary across your circadian rhythm. It's water-resistant, swimproof and works with iOS 15 and Android 6 devices via Bluetooth 5. The 24mAh battery lasts up to 6 days on low use, charges in 1.5 hours with the included wireless dock and Type C cable, and includes a 1-year manufacturer's guarantee.

Good tracking
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great device for those who are interested to track daily habits and especially when going to gym and tracking training goals. Can easily connect to my phone, easy to use when it comes to tracking heart rate, blood flow. Besides helps location capture and additional biomaker data. It's perfect tool to track your health and understand it's needs. Lightweight and great design

The best ring ever
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the fit of this ring! They send you out a measuring ring size kit with multiple basic ones to test for a day to get the perfect fit! It tracks stress aswell as sleep and heart rates! I love the scoring system it does too! I never understood the value for money after testing this and it’s top of the marks

Sleek & Fashionable Daily Health Tracker
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been wearing this ring daily for the last month and it has become my new favourite health tracker. I mainly use it for sleep tracking as wearing my Apple Watch to bed was cumbersome. It is very comfortable throughout the day and due to the friendly ring sizing guide you get before the ring, is a perfect fit, battery life is great with several modes to choose from and is very durable for everyday use. If, like me, you are a gym goer or are very active with your hands, it would be best to buy a silicone protector for this as it will scratch under heavy use. The only negative with this ring is a potential flaw its long term functionality, when I first received the ring, it lasted less than 24 hours before it would no longer connect or charge. Upon reading online this is a very common issue with these. Support is not the quickest, with long time in between replies. After being told to try several troubleshooting methods including a 4 day battery drain, which did not work, I was sent a replacement. I was without a ring for over 2 weeks which was a little disappointing but the main thing is that the replacement is going on strong.

Insightful health data
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ultrahuman ring is available in multiple sizes, comfortable to wear and provides insightful health data. Available also in several different colours - although fairly similar.

Best sleep tracker
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been wearing the Ultrahuman Ring Air for a while now and I have to say it has completely changed the way I think about my health data. This has to be the best thing to exist for sleep and recovery data. It’s incredibly lightweight and slim and I honestly forget I'm even wearing it, which is crucial for a device you wear 24/7 and especially at night. It's so much more discreet and comfortable than a bulky smartwatch. The data it provides is fantastic. The best part is the sleep tracking and recovery insights. For me, seeing my sleep score and recovery metrics every morning has actually helped me stay active and make good choices to stay on track

Fitness ring helping individuals improve!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was curious to see how this ring would stack up after using apps to track my steps and fitness. To start, I received a fitting kit to ensure that my finger was the right size, which prevented any discomfort, and the ring appears to be well-made and water-resistant (based on showers and a month of use). The most helpful feature of the ring, which tracks my sleep and active hours, is the recommended caffeine windows and dosage to avoid disrupting my sleep. It also has a lot of other features, such as resting heart rate, and I would suggest this product to anyone who enjoys being active.

Really impressive
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Ultrahuman Air Ring for just over a month and I’m impressed. It’s light, comfortable, and I barely notice it’s there. The heart rate, sleep, and recovery tracking feel accurate even compared to my Apple Watch and the app is clean and easy to use. It’s held up well to daily wear and workouts with no scratches or issues. Not cheap, but great if you want discreet, reliable health tracking without a bulky watch ad fits really well.

Must buy for latest, fashionable technology.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Ultrahuman Air Ring for a few weeks now and honestly, I’m really impressed. It tracks sleep, recovery, activity and heart rate with great accuracy, and the insights actually feel useful, not just random data. I’ve even made a few small lifestyle changes because of it. Battery life is great too. I get nearly a week per charge, and it powers up fast, which is ideal since I wear it 24/7. The app is clean and easy to use, and the ring itself is comfortable I barely notice it most of the time. Feature wise, it’s packed with detailed sleep tracking, recovery scores, temperature readings and movement detection, basically a mini health lab on your finger. If I had to nitpick, it’s a bit chunkier than some other smart rings, but that’s a small trade off for everything it does. Overall, the Ultrahuman Air Ring feels like a well designed, reliable health tracker that actually helps you improve, not just measure. Highly recommend it if you’re serious about your health.

The fitness gadget I didn’t know I needed. Now it’
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had never heard of Ultrahuman rings before but wow it’s not part of my daily life. From the start the journey you go though is so personal. Getting your ring sizing box which is reusable. Then being able to pick the colour you want from the list. It all feels so personal and makes your feel part of the journey. Then the unboxing and all the all the information provided really is impressive. All the small details are looked after. I haven’t taken the ring of only to charge it! The in-depth analysis that it provides you is something I have never seen or used before. The summary of sleep score, caffeine score even to suggestions to help your improve your score suggested bed times, sleep score it’s does everything. Even alerted me to a very low heart rate during my sleep. Which sounds scary but something a garmin or Fitbit never ever picked up. The ring is really comfortable to wear and is hardly noticeable. Fits with pretty much all my attire. The only downside and bad thing that stops me giving the ring a 5* review is I play a lot of racket sport and it’s hard to play with the ring on my racket hand it got slightly uncomfortable and I had to take it off. My of my sport is tennis or padel so that’s a big deal to me personally. Most other sports even swimming would not be and issue as the ring is waterproof. I really do love this Ultrahuman ring and the app that comes with it. Having the app be free is also an added bonus. I think it going to be part of my life for a very long time now. Also worth mentioning it still looks as perfect as the day it arrived. Cannot recommend this Ultrahuman ring enough.
