Basic bath heater, does the job
Good enough yet last one burned too fast (2years) but might be one off got same one as same fixings so not needed extra holes, will see how long this one lasts.

Good little heater
I have installed this heater to warm a cold bathroom. There is a slide switch inside to select 1 or 2KW which is set during installation but could be altered at a later date. Requires three screws to fit. Comes with a metre of 2 core cable which could be exchanged for a longer lead if required. The device switches off after around 30 minutes. Works well.

Great Price and easy to install
Our previous bathroom heater packed up a few weeks ago and an immediate replacement was needed. Luckily I remembered that Argos was now in Sainsburys and reserved this replacement which was waiting for me to pick up the very next day. Didn't want to spend a fortune on it as only used twice a day and this one half the price.Unsure of this make and whether it would fit on the original fittings and, great news, it fitted exactly and works well too with a choice of heat settings. Will know next time to buy this make and use Argos too.

Using the 2kW setting in a room of only 12 cubic metres may frequently cause the heater's thermal overload cut-out to trip.

Having checked I can see this must be mounted not less than900mm above the floor with a clearance of at least 600mm to any shelf or projecting surface below the heater and not less than 300mmbelow the ceiling or other projecting surface. It must also be not less than 250mm from an adjacent projecting surface.

“ This is to usually be changed upon install as the power needs to be isolated and the cover removed. It is an internal switch which should be adjusted by a competent person. ”

I have checked the instruction manual and it advises:
WARNING: Minimum clearances must be adhered to when
mounting the heater.
Supply cable is not supplied with this appliance and it
should therefore be installed by a competent electrician
in accordance with the latest IEE wiring regulations.
