About this product
The LX50 can shred 9 sheets per pass into 4 x 37mm cross-cut particles, so you can be sure that your confidential documents have been shredded securely. The LX50 features a safety lock which prevents the machine from being accidentally activated. This paper shredder will shred continuously for up to 5 minutes before requiring 30 minutes to cool down. This shredders cutter will not only shred your documents, but can shred staples, paper clips and credit cards too. The LX50 features a 17-litre bin with a lift-off-head.

Just the job !
Brought this item as my old one wasn’t doing a very good job. I also was helping To clear my father’s house and he had a massive amount of paperwork. This did the job very well it did get jammed once and also cut out due to temperature (this is an inbuilt safety measure) but was very impressed.

I bought this shredder after my last one gave up the ghost, I am so glad I did because it sailed through all the paperwork I threw at it and more. The duty cycle for the LX50 shredder is 5 minutes run time and 30 minutes cool down.
