I have been using it for about a month and so far no complaints. I downloaded the app as it keeps a history of all measures. Twice in the morning and again in the evening. Just make sure you are relax and not moving as it will pop up a message as error. it tells you If it is normal or high.. it saves you the trip to the GP.. it is a great machine.

Got as advertised as mist accurate replacement for old one , seems very accurate good results via app 6 months free bit pricey afterwards but can recommend for a reliable accurate blood pressure monitor, inteli cuff also a very big positive perfect fit everytime 👍

Solid build quality
The monitor is consistent with readings, not erratic as some can be, nice feature where it will take three readings and then average result, plus you can link one or two people to app for recording results. I have not had this very long, so have only used for basic readings and not actually linked to app or explored features. Only minor criticism is that the arm cuff though good to use, is not flexible so difficult putting the unit and cuff away in supplied case

The product is excellent, easy to use very clear to understand, and comes with some "Bell's & Whistles" you may or may not chose to use. Omron has become a UK standard in Blood Pressure measurement, the unit provides fast, clear, and accurate information at, what I personally feel is, a very good price to safeguard your health.

Great BP Monitor
I needed a reliable blood pressure monitor and Omron is a highly rated brand. It’s easy to use and I like the part preformed stiffened cuff which makes it easy to attach to your arm, it has the option of storing 2 user profiles, but the feature I really like is the downloadable app which syncs with the monitor, you then have this data to hand if visiting your GP and can show the readings to them. The blood pressure monitor isn’t cheap but I feel it’s good value for what you get. I would have liked a slightly larger case as it’s quite a tight fit, and I also think Omron should also offer a larger cuff size in the pre-formed range.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for OMRON M7 Intelli IT AFib Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor.
Both models are clinically validated and offer accurate blood pressure monitoring with Bluetooth connectivity and app support.
However, the X7 Smart includes automatic AFib (atrial fibrillation) detection with every reading, while the M7 requires manual activation for AFib checks. The X7 also features a larger display and is validated for use during pregnancy and for people with diabetes.

Yes, the OMRON M7 Intelli IT AFib is compatible with our OMRON connect app which can share data with Samsung Health.
Please see below instructions on how to share data:
On the app, go to “Profile”.
Tap on “App settings”.
Under “Share data with other apps”, tap “Apple Health/ Google Fit/ Samsung Health”.
Tap “Link”.
Enable the categories you want to share.

The supplier has advised the following for the OMRON M7 Intelli IT AFib Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor:
“ Please note that our M7 Intelli IT AFib is only compatible with the Intelli Wrap Cuff it comes with, given the different technology it uses. Unfortunately 22-42 cm is the only size the cuff is available in and the device is not compatible with our soft cuffs. ”

Yes, it has a facility called Truread that takes three consecutive readings. As well as the average, you can view the individual readings. I think the time between them can also be changed. Mine is at the default, 30 seconds between each one.
The is a connection for a 6V DC adaptor that is not included. Optional part HHP-BFH01. I believe it is an alternative power source and not to charge batteries.
