Looks great but thats it.
Oh, dear. Plus points 1. Looks good 2. Isn't connected to the Internet (plus 1 star for that alone) 3. Not absolutely useless for wraps or panini, but not great. 4. Bery speedy delivery (thats rhe other star) Sorry, thats it. Controls are confusing, grill is useless for everything bar tomatoes or lightly grilled cheese. Pretty much just slightly tans things. If its a toaster you need, just buy a toaster, but not this one. The toast setting is poor. Either gives warm bread or bone dry cardboard. The toaster element fluctuating evey few seconds is extremely annoying and makes the inside of the toast like cardboard. It's suppose be fluffy inside. This feature ruins it. Absolutely amazing vacuum cleaners, but this product is very poor.

Very disappointed!
Very disappointed with my purchase and even more so with the subsequent ‘support’ On a positive note, it makes a good panini. I’m a negative note, it is dreadful as a toaster. One side being toasted just fine but the other side being barely toasted at all. This means having to stand there and turn the bread throughout the toasting process. It also claims to make cheese on toast using the grill feature without the need to flip the bread since it supposedly heats from both sides. However, this also does not work. You get melted cheese on a piece of bread that is toasted on one side but soggy and completely untoasted on the other side. In trying to seek support they keep sending me instructions on how to make toast! I know how to make toast. If you phone you get an AI assistant that also tells you how to make toast. It then asks if its instructions helped. When you say no it again sends you a link to their toast making instructions.

Slow.
Very slow. Takes 7 minutes to toast sourdough. Is ridiculous. The induction keeps going on and off slowing down the whole process.

I’m actually gutted, I love ninja and have never had an issue before but was actually disappointed with this one. It doesn’t seem to toast on both sides so I’ve had to return it.

Perfect toast and power efficient grill.
Having used this toast and grill press for a month I’m very pleased I chose to buy this one. This is the first toaster I’ve had to cook evenly and the timer is a surprise bonus. I’d never though a countdown timer on a toaster or grill would be worthwhile that was until I found how handy it is. Well done Ninja another great product.

The difference is the colour, the ST202UK is Stainless Steel and the ST200UK is Black.
