Surprisingly good
I was looking for replacement long sliced toaster and some on the market pretty expensive and while this isn't the cheapest toaster in the world, it's not just a toaster. So for the same amount of money you basically get a panini maker or a small grill too. As a toaster I was surprised at how even the bread toasted, how quickly it toasted, and how easy it was to adjust the browning. The digital display tells you how long is left which I quite like because you can hit plus and it'll show you how much longer you've added. When I first looked at the toaster I thought 'the bread is a long way away from the elements', the elements are certainly powerful enough to toast the bread and probably because they are further away than a regular toaster that contributes to the evenness of the toasting. So couple of the drawbacks the cage that clamps the bread has wide gaps, again it's might contribute to that evenness of the toasting however it does mean bread can slip out of the grill and touch the element and quite easy burn your toast. It's advertised as a 3-in-1 Toaster but I did mention before that you either a small grill or a panini maker and I say this because the frustration of switching the unit from one more to the next just means that you won't bother switching. Another small irritation is the crumb tray isn't removable. As a panini maker it does well given you only get grill marks on one side. It does toasties pretty well and we've been making grilled cheese sandwiches in it just fine. Feels pretty robust so I'm hoping we get some good longevity out of this unit, I think if I get 5 + years out of it I would knock this up to a five star but just because of a couple of the quirks of it today I'm gonna give it four. It is the best long slice toaster I have come across.

at last a proper toaster
Received this as a Christmas present. At last a toaster that will hold bread of different sizes. I can now fit slices of my favourite rye sourdough in. It is so simple to switch from toasting to grilling. So I now have a lot more grilled cheese, fish or avocado for lunch. Small areas that could be improved. The tray for grilling could be a bit easier to keep clean if it was non stick and the highest setting for toasting is not quite long enough for some sourdoughs. But sourdough is harder to toast.

Lovely kitchen accessory
This was a christmas present for my son and wow what a clever kitchen appliance it is. No bigger than a standard long toaster but does so much more. Getting the right shade of toast was a learning curve but the grill and panini tray is amazing. It's also digital so gives you an actual countdown to finishing and beeps when your time is up. This is an expensive " toaster " but when you factor in the panini press and the grill option it makes the price more acceptable. My ninja air fryer is still going strong after many years so hopefully this one is just as reliable

The difference is the colour, the ST202UK is Stainless Steel and the ST200UK is Black.
