Mat for yoga and pilates
Ideal as a mat to use for either Yoga or Pilates as it is thicker than most Yoga mats without being spongy. Plenty of grip for Yoga but also provides the extra support and comfort needed for Pilates. It was the only mat I came across that covered both requirements at a reasonable price. You do need to purchase a bag or straps for storage as neither supplied with the item and it won't stay rolled up without.

An ok yoga mat.
Good yoga mat, but the only issue is, it's difficult to stop the ends curling up when in use. Thickness is fine and it doesn't slip on the floor which is a bonus.

Good quality mat with non-slip surface. Nice and long so you don't slip off the end! Would have given 5 stars if it had come with a strap/handle to assist with transporting it and keeping it tidy.

Decent mat
Although the mat seems of decent quality and does the job, I don't love the texture of it and probably should have bought a thicker mat. I'm using it together with my old 4mm mat to get sufficient thickness and so as to be sat on the nicer feeling old mat!
