I bought this drone a few months ago back. It flies great but the app could do with a bit of redesigning. It was also unclear, on purchase, on what DJI controllers it functions with.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the DJI Neo 12MP Camera Drone: ''The range of the DJI Neo depends on how it is being flown.
If the Neo drone is being flown from the users palm, the maximum range is 10m
If flown using the users Mobile Phone and the DJI Fly app, the range is 30m in height, and a maximum of 50m horizontally.
Finally, if flown using the DJI N3 remote control, the range is limited to visual line of sight ( 200m good weather) if flying with out a license. If user has appropriate license, the range is limited by the 17-minute maximum flight time, giving a maximum range of 3Km.''

The supplier has advised the following for the DJI Neo 12MP Camera Drone:
“ When using palm takeoff or mobile app control, Neo will return to the takeoff point after completing its course.
If using a remote controller or immersive motion control, Neo supports Return to Home (RTH) and Failsafe RTH. ”
