Sturdy and smart
This sturdy pouch is working very well so far. It does block the signal between the key and the car. The size is large enough for the rather big car key and tag, but small enough to be carried easily in a coat pocket. We feel more secure about our car’s safety, especially as it is parked on the driveway.

Safety
We purchased two and you need two to make it work. One inside the other. This is not good.

Faraday wallet
Whilst it stops the signal long distance, its not as good at blocking the signal at short distance (car key from car). found could start the car when wallet is on the passenger seat

Hello there,
After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Streetwize Car Key Signal Blocking Pouch Black, Double Pack: ''Yes, this pouch can also be used with any central locking fob.''
Thank you for using Q & A.

Hi Sfeve,
Thanks for your question.
This doesn’t have a hook or loop, for hanging.
I hope this helps. :)
No I use a piece of string under the flap. It's the one thing that let's them down, otherwise they are brilliant.
Hi Skeng, Depending on the size of the key/fob you have for the vehicle i would imagine that the pouch would only fit the one key/fob however this particular item is a pack of 2. Thanks for using Q&A
Theres nothing special about them. I just bought a pack of 2, tested them out and neither work. Waste of money and time.
With past Faraday pouches I have found that over time the friction of removing and reinserting the key fob eventually wears on the material, breaking the protective seal so to speak.
Hopefully this wont happen with these, but its always best to check every few months.
I don't see how they would fail unless the material got damaged.
It is easy to test the functionality by opening your car, put the keys in the pouch and see if you can start your car. If you can't you can be certain it is working.
This pouch stopped our car being stolen last night. We have Ring video footage showing somebody lifting a holdall in front of our front door trying to get the key to respond. His pal was by the car. This is the best £10 I have spent. I only bought the car in March. We are 7 months down the road and the pouch still works perfectly and shows no signs of wear.
Hi DX,
Please ensure that your keys are placed between the two layers of gold coloured material. The material acts as a Faraday cage blocking signal from entering/exiting the pouch.
Thanks for using Q&A.
