About this product
For the smaller nursery, Obaby have created the Nika Mini cot bed. More compact than the full-sized Nika cot bed without compromising on features, the Nika Mini has three mattress base positions, the highest allowing you to put down and pick up your newborn without straining your back through unnecessary bending. As your little one starts to develop and become more active, the mattress base can then be lowered by a further two positions keeping them safe and secure at all times while the teething rails protect their delicate first teeth.

I bought this a month ago and it was sat waiting for my partner to build. After around three weeks, I decided enough enough. I’m putting it together myself. It was surprisingly very easy! It took me around 40 minutes! It’s very modern and I like the plastic around the top of the crib to protect any possible damage on corners and the top surface. I have WhatsApp the photo to family members and they all love how modern it looks

Baby can getFoot trapped in between slats
I bought this 3 weeks ago and I have noticed when my baby is in the cot she has got her foot stuck through the bars, they are too wide apart. This is very dangerous and I suggest the design is reviewed asap.

The Obaby Nika Mini Cot Bed - White, can only be used with both sides attached, however there are 3 heights the base can be moved to.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Obaby Nika Mini Cot Bed - White: Our cot bed base measurements are done without a mattress so this is just the height of the base.
Our mattress depth varies from 7.5cm (eco range) up to 10cm
