Having checked, from the information we have available and at the time of replying, the small cabin bag can be up to 45 x 36 x 20 cm, including any handles or wheels, so this would just fit. It can weigh up to 15kg. This case is 46cm x 29.5cm x 20cm and it weighs 1.95kg though the weight of it on the plane would depend on the combined weight of the bag and contents but it should be fine if this total is less than that.
